The BLUEBERRY is one of the berries from the so -called “fruits of the forest” or berries and it stands out for being low-calorie, antioxidant, nutritious, with medicinal qualities, etc. The berries are one of the foods with higher percentage of antioxidant, vitamin C, potassium and fiber.
