Sweet-potato jam

The variety we choose for the production of our sweets is abundant in carotene, high contribution of vitamin A, E and C and folic acid.
It is considered to be very rich in starch (carbohydrates), as well as sodium and potassium. The sweet-potato also called sweet potato or jam, originally comes from the American tropic, it receives different names according to the region of origin, Boniato (Spain, Cuba and Fernando Póo), sweet dad, Kumara (Peru), cara or jetica (Brazil), moniato or camote (Mexico), sweet potato or sugary sweet-potato (Europe and Asia).
There are mixed sweets available, such as sweet-potato with dulce de leche, with chocolate, with cherries. We offer sweet of sweet-potato "Dona Pupa", in two presentations, Bars of 5kg and tins of 3kg.

Quince jam

 

We start with the careful selections of the fruit with special varieties in our own plantations in the province of Mendoza to achieve the highest quality in our products. We rely on machinery of last generation to be able to obtain the best market quality index.

The quince is the fruit of the Quince, a tree belonging to the family of the Rosaceae which reaches approximately 4 meters. This family includes more than 2.000 species of herbaceous plants, bushes and trees distributed in warm regions throughout the world.

The main European fruits, including the rosebush, belong to this great family. The healthy property of the quince is due to its abundance in fiber (pectin and slimes) and tannins, substances that give their outstanding astringent property. Also, it contains malic acid, an organic acid which provides the fruit with flavor, with a disinfectant property to help the elimination of uric acid. The potassium is a mineral necessary for the transmission and generation of the nerve impulse and for the muscular normal activity, intervening in the water balance inside and out of the cell.

The Sweet-potato with Cocoa (chocolate) is a typical Argentine product, which gathers the nourishing, curative and antioxidant properties of the cocoa, with the nutritious properties of the sweet-potato.

He is a great energetic source and an ally in the depressive moments. The cocoa is a fruit of tropical origin used to produce the chocolate. Its origins probably are more ancient than you could imagine, since it is necessary to go back 2500 years ago.

The derivatives of the cocoa, for example the chocolate, are the most important source of energy, especially for its high content in carbohydrates and fats. Also they are a source of minerals, since they are rich in iron, phosphorus, magnesium. In addition, the cocoa is an antioxidant that helps to avoid the oxidation of the cholesterol. The combination of the cocoa with the sweet-potato leads to a very agreeable sweet to the palate, to enjoy as a dessert or accompanying some infusion.
